If FW was upgraded to PUF v2.01.043+ prior, please access the "/setup" WebUI to ensure the "Allow XPanel Connection" setting is enabled (refer to OLH 1000720). Refer to OLH 5571 for details / instructions. DMPS3 AUTH & SSL settings should be enabled to establish SCIP (:41796) connection. Specify the IP Address or Hostname in XPanel Connection Settings dialog keep IP ID 01 / CIP Port 41796 / Use SSL On. Download and launch the standalone XPanel Desktop file DMPS3-4K-350-C_2.3p (from PUF v2.01.043+). For many browsers, this can be quickly done via CTRL+F5 (clear page cache & reload). *Note - Users may need to clear their browser's page cache to view the new Web UI after updating FW. If SECUREGATEWAYMODE was changed from default, Use SSL should be on/checked and CIP Port should automatically change to 41796 (refer to OLH 5571 SCIP vs CIP). Specify the IP Address or Hostname in XPanel Connection Settings dialog keep IP ID 01 / CIP Port 41794 / Use SSL Off. Download and launch the MPC3 standalone XPanel Desktop (.c3p) file. Ensure the latest XPanel Desktop version is installed (direct download links in Overview section above). 
MPC3 FW v1.603+ removed the Smart Graphics Web XPanel at " (attempts to load it will return a page saying " The requested URL was not found.").
